ABOUT ME
My passion and purpose are to support people in finding their path forward, no matter what stage of life. I am a board certified Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor with nearly 15 years of experience.
I specialize in working with adolescents and adults struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, communication issues, self-esteem, self-doubt, anger and frustration, processing trauma and abuse, parenting and the everyday stressors of life.
