How do I know if you are the right therapist for me?I offer prospective clients a 15-minute phone consultation to determine if we are a good fit. You can also check out my blog posts to get a sense of who I am and how I approach clients. Finding the right therapist is critical and if we determine that your needs and my skill set aren’t a match, I will offer you referrals to colleagues that might be a better fit.

Do you take insurance?I am in-network with Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United Healthcare/Optum and ComPsych. I am in the process of getting on panel with several other major providers. If I am considered an out of network provider, I will create a SuperBill for you, which you can then submit to your provider for any reimbursement you may be entitled to.

What happens after I schedule an appointment? After your appointment is scheduled, you will get a link to fill out new client paperwork.
